One day Altitude Accessories came across Scotty...a Vietnam/Navy pilot veteran who was quietly making these pieces of art! When we saw them, we knew they had to be shared with today's aviators!
Support this amazing retired Naval Aviator in his belt buckle making endeavors! These are too cool. They are intricately made from real cow hide and fit a 1.5 inch belt. However, they can fit on thinner belts with some personal adjustments.
Some sold at the Tailhook convention so we told Scotty to make more! He's on it! Please check back for more stock soon!

About Scotty:
"I first learned to fly in a 1960 J-3 Cub in Dothan, Alabama. In 1963, I joined the Navy's pre-flight program, which led to two tours of duty in Vietnam aboard the USS Ticonderoga (CVA-14), serving with VAW-11 in the E-1B Tracer. Following that, I spent a year instructing in the TS-2A at Corpus Christi.
My commercial aviation career began in 1968 with Western Airlines, which later merged with Delta Air Lines, where I continued flying until 2002. Throughout my career, I was based in LAX, DEN, SLC, and ATL, flying a wide range of aircraft from J-3 Cubs to MD-11s.
I started leather crafting as a hobby around 1970, and over the years, I've enjoyed various other pastimes, including fishing, woodworking, photography, and reading.
In 1965, I married my college sweetheart, my first and only wife, and she still puts up with me to this day. Next year, we'll celebrate our 60th anniversary. As Kermit the Frog once said, "Time's fun when you're having flies." Or something like that!"
