Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Altitude Accessories for your custom aviation apparel and accessories shop! We take great pride in ensuring the quality of our products and your satisfaction. Due to the highly custom nature of our items, we operate with a strict no-return policy. However, exceptions are made under the following circumstances:

  1. Print Defect: If your item has a printing defect, we will gladly replace it.

  2. Sewing Defect: Items with sewing defects that impact the usability or durability of the product may be eligible for a replacement.

  3. Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, we will review your claim for replacement eligibility.

  4. Incorrect Design: If the design on your item does not match the design you ordered, we will replace it with the correct version.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Photos of the defected item are required to be sent to shop.altitudeaccessories@gmail.com along with your order number. If there is a QR code listed on its packaging, an image of that should also be included.

Process for Replacement:

  • To initiate a replacement request, email us at shop.altitudeaccessories@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief explanation.

  • Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will process your replacement promptly.

Important Notes:

  • Claims must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your item/s.

  • All replacement requests are subject to review. We reserve the right to deny claims if the issue does not meet the criteria outlined above.

  • No returns or exchanges are accepted for reasons other than print defects, sewing defects, damage, or incorrect designs.
